1. Pre-Launch

Research, positioning and content calendar so you don’t launch to a cold audience.

3. Post-Launch

Performance reviews, content experiments and advisory to turn your launch into compounding growth.

1. Pre-Launch

Find the story before you launch the product

We uncover what shoppers need to understand, search for, and believe before creating a single asset.

Market & Search Intelligence

Establish what the product must compete against and the language it needs to own.

  • Competitor and category review: Leading listings, visual conventions, price/value positioning, gaps and recurring customer objections.
  • Amazon keyword research and search-intent map: Primary keyword, secondary terms, long-tail opportunities and language customers use.
  • Opportunity brief: The clearest conversion angle, strongest differentiators, and risks to address before launch.

Positioning & Product Messaging

Turn research into a consistent product story that works across the listing, ads, social content, and customer questions.

  • Core positioning: Who the product is for, the problem it solves, and the primary reason to choose it.
  • Benefit hierarchy: What must be understood first, what proves the claim, and what objections must be removed.
  • Messaging framework: Product promise, key benefits, use cases, proof points, FAQs and approved language.

Launch Plan & Content Blueprint

Give the client an executable plan rather than dropping them into production without priorities or timing.

  • Launch content blueprint: Exactly which listing assets, campaign assets and support materials are needed.
  • 30–90 day launch calendar: Pre-launch teasers, listing build milestones, launch-week activity, and first post-launch updates.
  • Asset plan and production brief: Formats, priorities, owners, deadlines, channels and reuse opportunities.

Once the product story is clear, Kick&Sell creates the listing foundation and the campaign-ready content that brings it to market. Optimized listings combine keyword-led titles, clear benefits, high-quality images, A+ Content, backend terms, video, and structured product information, while still making the offer easy for shoppers to understand.

3. Post-Launch

Keep learning, improving and scaling after go-live

A launch is not the finish line. Marketplace listing optimization is on-going: content should respond to search terms, conversion behavior, reviews, Q&A, competitor movement, and emerging buyer objections.

Performance & Customer Insight

Use market signals to make confident decisions.

  • Monthly SKU-level performance review: impressions, click-through rate, conversion, keyword movement, review themes and Q&A patterns.
  • Customer-insight analysis: identify misunderstandings, objections, missing information and new use cases revealed by reviews.
  • Prioritized opportunity report: what to fix now, what to test next, and what does not need investment.

Experiments & Optimization

Replace “set it and forget it” listings with a structured testing cycle.

  • Tests and iterative upgrades for high-impact listing components: main image, image sequence, title structure, bullet messaging, A+ layout or video angle.
  • Keyword and SEO refinement based on shifting search behavior and performance data.
  • Content updates based on review language, recurring objections, comparison needs, and buyer questions.

Launch Roadmap & Advisory

Keep the client’s product portfolio aligned with a proactive content and launch strategy.

  • Monthly strategic working session to review portfolio performance.
  • Advisory access for new SKU launches, variants, seasonal refreshes, competitors, content questions and prioritization decisions.
  • Forward roadmap: which listings to optimize, which new products need full packages, which assets can be repurposed, and what the next launch needs.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions about Kick&Sell

Everything you need to know before optimizing your listings and selling more.

What does Kick&Sell do?

Kick&Sell helps brands plan, launch, and improve products on Amazon and other e-commerce platplatforms. We connect product research, keyword strategy, positioning, listing copy, images, A+ Content, launch assets, and post-launch optimization into one structured process.

How does the Kick&Sell launch system work?

Our work is organized in three stages. Pre-Launch establishes the market opportunity, product positioning, keyword direction, messaging, and asset plan. Launch turns that strategy into an Amazon-ready listing and supporting launch content. Post-Launch uses performance data, customer feedback, search behavior, and competitor activity to identify what should be improved next.

Is Kick&Sell only for new Amazon product launches?

No. We work with new products that need a clear launch plan and Amazon-ready assets, as well as existing listings that need stronger messaging, better product education, improved search relevance, or a more effective conversion path. For established products, we begin by identifying the highest-priority opportunities rather than changing everything at once.

Do you create Amazon A+ Content?

Yes. Amazon A+ Content is included in the Premium package. It uses visual product descriptions and structured content modules to help shoppers understand the product, compare options, and feel more confident before purchasing.

Do you work only on Amazon?

While Kick&Sell’s current product-launch system is built primarily for Amazon, for example: The research, keyword strategy, listing content, image sequence, A+ Content, and post-launch review are designed around how Amazon shoppers search, compare products, and make purchase decisions. But we can adapt content for other platforms as well.

Can you work on an existing Amazon listing without rebuilding it from scratch?

Yes. An existing listing can be improved through targeted changes to the title, bullet points, image sequence, product messaging, A+ Content, search terms, or information that shoppers are currently missing. We use listing performance, review themes, Q&A patterns, competitor movement, and customer objections to prioritize the work.

What happens after my Amazon listing goes live?

A launch is not the end of the process. Post-launch support can include SKU-level performance reviews, customer-insight analysis, content experiments, keyword refinement, listing updates, and strategic planning for future launches or portfolio priorities. The purpose is to turn the first listing version into an informed, ongoing optimization cycle.

Do you guarantee Amazon ranking, sales, or conversion results?

No. Stronger content can make a product easier to understand, more relevant to shopper searches, and more compelling to compare, but Amazon performance is also affected by price, reviews, inventory, advertising, competition, product-market fit, and other factors outside content production. We focus on creating research-led, conversion-ready assets and identifying practical next steps based on real market signals.

What do you need from me before work begins?

We begin with the information needed to understand the product and its market: product details and specifications, target customer, key benefits, existing brand assets, approved claims, existing listing information where applicable, and relevant competitors. We then confirm the required assets, project scope, responsibilities, and timeline before production begins.

How do I get started?

It all start with the our Free Evaluation. By sharing your product, Amazon marketplace, launch stage, and business objective. We will review the project and recommend the most suitable package and next step.
